Bio

Thanina Hamitouche is a graduate student pursuing a Master’s in Biology at Fort Hays State University. She previously earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Intelligent Systems and Data in Algeria. Passionate about the intersection of artificial intelligence and bioinformatics, she is particularly interested in developing computational methods and applying machine learning to biomedical problems. Her current research focuses on leveraging large language models (LLMs) to mine PubMed literature.
