Bio

Buddha Thapa Magar is a graduate research assistant in the Gruenstaeudl lab pursuing a Master’s in Biology at Fort Hays State University. His research focuses on developing open-source tools for data quality assessment of organelle genomes archived on GenBank. With a Bachelor degree in computer engineering and three years of experience as a software engineer at Cedar Gate Technologies, Nepal, he brings expertise in software development, data analysis, and computational biology.
